Laird Township is seeking a Township Trustee to serve on the Township Board starting July 1, 2026. Trustees are elected members of the board, which includes a supervisor, clerk, treasurer, and two trustees. Trustees participate in board meetings, vote on ordinances, resolutions, and policies, and help shape the Township’s legislative agenda. They do not usually have specific administrative duties but are essential in policy making and oversight.
